....ok, so Charlie's handbrake is crap ! (Surprise)!!! Bf gonna check the rear shoes etc.

The other worrying thing (so far) is that he's been a bit tricky to get into
gear on occasions. Clutch pedal height has been adjusted slightly so it's
not so near the floor. This doesn't seem to have made any difference.

He's getting an oil change etc tonight. So will see if that makes any
difference to his running.

Is the 'notchy' gear changes likely to be gearbox/clutch/oil related ??

Any ideas??

Oh, he's flushed the rad too which was absolutely filthy apparently, so will
see if that makes a difference to his overheating problem too.

Will check the gearbox oil level tonight and top-up if required !!!

What a nightmare these flipping cars are to refill with oil !!!!!!!!!!

The filler cap is so low down you need a huge funnel to reach it and then you have to fill it so slowly otherwise it just flows everywhere !!!

Yep all married and grown up now...
Invites were a rarity as we were only having a small do.
Been together 14 years and engaged for 11 of them, so didn't think a big do was appropriate!

Hope you enjoyed Mini in the Park, I was tempted to come, but wouldn't have felt right turning up in my Punto....
