I recently bought an elm 327 adapter from ebay. I tryied the alfaobd demo for android. On the operations section there is an option "Performance limiter removal" and a warning that if I remove it I lose it for ever. Does anyone know what is the performance limiter? My bravo is tjet 150 sport.

Is it the torque limiter that applies in certain situations for instance when you change down a gear?

reading and clearing fault codes is one thing, changing parameters is too risky IMO
