Hi Guy's,

Noticed today in traffic that my break lights are not switching off, pulled up the pedal with my foot and it cleared but now permanantly on! It's 2010 Sport so know it is under warranty but need it for tomorrow and don't really want to keep driving it with the way it is.

Is this a known fault, easy fix? Will take it to Fiat next week.

Thanks in advance.

Must be a common fault My bravo is a 57 plate and has the same problem. Took it back to dealer who fixed it for a day or two. Replaced the switch for the MOT in November and it has started doing it again.
I believe there is an adjustment by pushing pedal to floor and pulling the switch plunger down, then release pedal slowly. You have to be flexible to get into the floor well. I have stuck a piece of tape onto the pedal to take up the slack between pedal and switch. A bad design cannot fault the car.
