This morning I managed to clip a lanternpost on the way to work. (coming down an icy incline, not realizing just how slippery until it was WAY too late)

:bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang:

Luckily the damage seems to be only cosmetic, the car is still driveable. I managed to just miss the headlights so I only clipped the leftside front wing and bumper. I hope you guys could give me some advice on what to do with this. Try to beat it out? Fit a new panel and bumper?

How hard is it to fit a new front left panel on a 1997 Brava? Are there any parts other than the panel and bumper I can expect to need replacing?

Any advice on this is welcome. I don't fear the greasy bits, but I have no experience in bodywork whatsoever:(.
