Thought about more outstanding colours shuch as red, but then throught it would prob not look too good with a gold car.
Does engine paint work then??? ive got some lying around but when i did a cylinder head i got a crap finish with loads of 'fish eyes' in it
you cant paint over dirt or grease, the cause of fisheyes clean with thinners or prepaint Ant!
how did you clean the calipers? and what with? thanks
You use a can of brake cleaner halfords sell the paint and cleaner 4 bout £20 as a kit

Hello there ive just got new alloys for my car i wanna paint the brake calipers but can i just paint them without taking them off?

you can leave them on, but remove pads, and don't paint the bits the pads slide on, or pads may stick
Okay thanks mate. btw do you know how far the brake pads should be from the brake disc should be?
about the width of a fag paper
