General Northern (ish) meet?

Morning folks,

My apologies if I've posted this in the wrong section, but I wondered whether anyone fancies a barchetta meet sometime this summer? I've owned and loved mine for nearly a year, and strangely I've only seen one other on the road since!

Would really like to put some faces to names on here, and see some of the cars I've followed through the forum over the last 12 months.

I live in Cheshire and regularly go to North Wales, The Peak District and Cumbria for day drives, do any of these sound like good suggestions?

Doesn't seem to have been a huge rush on it so lets see if a couple more are interested, then figure out a date...

Randomly, after having hardly seen any B's in the last year, saw a lovely red one in my local town this morning!

Quite a busy weekend motor sport wise so people could be doing other things.Just looking at the calendar of events how about tying up with the Mitcar event in August we could perhaps meet up and then join this event. Location is kind of central, could tempt other B's to join us

Hi LSB, I've been meaning to organise a trip for ages. Can't make thwe Midlands thing but would live a meet up and a drive to the motor museum at Holker Hall in Cumbria. I;m in Bolton so P.M me if you fancy a quick meet up or a pint somewhere.

I can make 7th August and I would be happy to plan meet up and admission to museum etc. There is a fantastic Food hall there too where you can buy salt marsh lamb and local produce. Nice drives around there too.

I think you are heading for Cumbia, not sure if I can join you as this is the last weekend of my Holiday, but it looks as if you have 3 for this trip so go with it, maybe you will get a few more joining you. I will let you know nearer the date if I can join you.

My wife has informed me that I can't go on the 7th August, something to do with wedding anniversary?! 31st July or 14th August would be good. Or a saturday instead. I think I can organise a discount for the museum etc.

I am in Cheshire too, so would be up for a local meet, arranged one myself a few years back when I first got my b. This is on the previso you don't laugh at my b's rusty bits!

Where abouts in Cheshire are you Adam, I've not seen another b for months either!

Glad that there's so many meet up possibilities!

I'm up for a Snake Pass meet up, then a further meet in the Lakes for Museum etc 14th Aug is a possibility for me, though doesn't that coincide with Mitcar? I'm happy to go with the majority on which option to go for!

Nikki I'm based in Hale and have a Silver LE - what about you??
