Richard Grant??? I wondered what he had been doing with himself since "Jack & Sarah" - or was that Jack & Spoiler ;)

Quite Fancy this myself, but maybe a bit OTT for Poppi...

Hoooo yes, about 9 times too, there's mounting holes all the way along. Pretty heavy too so wouldn't want to skip any (and I suspect the tailgate strut wouldn't cope with it halfway down the hatch either) That's why I never had the nerve to fit it and put the AX one on instead - only 4 holes drilled.

When I was in the process of geting rear spoiler I did come to point that VW polo coupe (not breadvan) rear gate top lip after some small adjustments would look nice, even the original length should fit. The way how rear glass is angled is a bit different than in panda, but aerodinamicly it does not matter. It's only stylish anyway. After all i did dropp that idea.

I asked the guy if he has the rest of the kit available but unfortunately not :(

It would have been great for the Marbella project which is in desperate need of rear arches! Such a shame, it's mk1 fittment as well so could have bought a set for Abarth project too!

Don't suppose anyone knows where to get a set of these mk1 arches do they? Vern I know you have some arches but I gather these are designed to fit a mk2?

Yeah, MK2 I'm afraid, and if you're looking to make room for wider wheels then they don't help as they just stick on the outside of the arch.

They would help on the top of the arch as Marbellas don't have any arch shape at all (like the mk1). Fixing it in place shouldn't be too much of a hurdle. The bit I think would be the problem is that it is designed to fit flush with the mk2 rear bumper. Unless I fitted a mk2 rear bumper as well I suppose. I am hoping to fit a mk1 rear bumper soon though (or at least trial it).
