TMC Motorsport sell the Abarth race car bonnet with the factory fitted vents. (Note it's placed for their modified induction intake) if its the splitter off that you are after then ask Darron for that too.

Alternatively a confident body shop could modify your bonnet and a number of splitters can be persuaded to fit.

I would go with a new bonnet. You are going to absolutely kill the resale value and market for the car on resale if you start cutting holes in bodywork.
