Hi everyone, we have just acquired a 2019 500X firefly cross and its a fantastic car imho. The one thing we can't seem to put right is getting all the units the same? Top left displays KMH, TomTom Sat Nav is in KMH and the main speedo is in MPH. I've tried every setting I can find and Imperial units doesn't put this right. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

The top left display in KMH can not be changed. This is a legal/homologation requirement in that speedometers must display/be marked with KMH if their main reading MPH.
As for the Sat nav then this is very annoying as well. As I recall when on a European map (non UK) then km is used. When on a UK map then miles is used. Even in the UK I prefer Sat Nav to use km as the count down is in meters which is dead easy to judge. But when the unit counts down in tenths of a mile and then drops to yards it can almost be too late if the traffic and driver attention load is high.
I don't use my 500X's Sat Nav that often as my maps are out of date and I find my Garmin better and more informative especially with the Fuel stop info.
