Hey! Got my BlackJack fiat 500 in February, I absolutely love it and everything has been working perfectly, but i got in my car today and usually when I get in my car and plug my phone in to the usb it connects to my car and plays my music. However today it’s not working? It won’t even charge my phone. I want to disconnect the battery to reset it will this work? The usb light comes on next to the windows sign just can’t seem to get my phone to charge or music to play!

It's worth trying - you won't lose the radio security settings as they're stored separately in the body computer.The only thing you'll need to manually reset is the clock.

One thing to check first - have you (either intentionally or automatically) updated your phone software recently? There've been a number of reports recently that the latest iOS release breaks earlier Blue&me connections.

I updated my phone about two days ago! Could this be the problem?

I phone? most problems are associated with Blue and me are Apple related, you say it (now) does not charge ? try the same lead in the house, is it possible its just the lead?

All leads work fine in the house and charge my phone! And the extra USB port (cigarette lighter) is working fine! My phone will light up when you plug it in, it just won’t charge or play my music!
