Hello.I am an owner of the FIAT 500 and I came up with a problem with the car's tableau.Right where the passenger's airbag is.
Actually it appears that there is something like a minor crack in the tableau due to sun's exposure(we have quite a hot climate,I live in Greece).Is there someone else with the similar problem,if so how can we confront it.

Hi, I don't know how to fix your car's tableau. Personally I brought a dash cove and I never regrets.

You got it in black velour ( one w/cut out for the dash top nav unit and another without).It looks like this:

NO NO NO!
You can't do this as it covers the passengr airbag! In an accident the passenger will get the cover thrown in their face at high speed.
On the OP question, you need to get a replacement cover. This is particarly true if the airbag is exposed at all because the cover protects it. How old is the car? I'd go to a Fiat main dealer and complain. Even if the car is out of warranty it should still be fit for purpose.

I've just been looking at a photo of a LHD 500 and it clearly shows an airbag deployment from exactly where that split in the dash.........
