Hello all, I filled up my 500 for the first time today, I was on last blob on fuel gage, so I brimmed the tank only to get about 31 litres in there, so was wondering what the estimated fuel levels were on the dash blobs , my dash was stating that estimated miles remaining was at ---- but after I filled up at 365 miles

Im quite impressed with my 500 fuel economy its sitting at a rather awesome 46 mpg now and its still pretty new its only got 945 miles on it. hopefully next time i fill up it will be near 50 mpg

Paul, do you think that the TMC box gives a few extra MPG? Was that to and from the TMC rolling road shootout?

ps. For you that's brilliant, lol.

TMC definitely adds a few MPG's for sure. Extra power means less down changing (i.e. for hills or overtakes 5th is fine)

Part of it was up to the RR day yes, but only the last 56 miles as it was closer than i thought! Re-fueled whilst i was up there, drove like a complete fruit cake with a few other Scorpion enthusiasts, used the whole tank in 209 miles, and filled up again today and that tank was 29.9 MPG so still reasonable for such high speed driving. £100 bill for fuel this weekend!

I'm getting about 38 at the minute, although I have only done just under 400 miles so far, a quick question do you reset your counter after every refil?

Sometimes i do or if im going on a run i'll reset one of them, but i can be lazy and let fuelly work it out for me most of the time :)
