Try it on all settings . On my stilo the fan doesnt work on number 1. Its ok on all the other settings though.
Really need a lot more detail in order to get relevant replies.
Do you mean the fan has stopped working?
Is it not working on all settings?
Is the fan working but blowing just cold air?
Do you have climate control or manual air con?
Has it suddenly stopped working or have you bought the car with this fault?

I have had the car 3and a half years , it is not blowing out hot or cold air, it is air conditioned( manual )also the front windscreen wipers aren't working, could the two be connected... both stopped yesterday.. it is an 2003 1.2 stilo, have loved the car, but recently had few things going wrong... any advice a to what to do would be appreciated... Many thanks
It's possible the wipers and heater fan not working are a connected fault as they both need earth point C10 so, easy stuff first, check fuses and then maybe check that earth point C10
