Technical Stereo problems

I checked all stereo connections and everything is fine.. Fiat changed the stereo for me, it work fine when I turn it off before turning off the car, but when I left the stereo on and switch off the car, when I start the car again the stereo restart and I lose all my setup, it happens 5 to 8 times..

Any idea what's happening? It's missing some extra earth connections?

The original has CAN wake up. Aftermarket stereo needs a switched + (from the cigarette lighter).
