Hi,can anybody help.I have aquired a punto that wont start and on checking through the wiring i think i have found a live wire which is connected to the ecu caseing. It is not earthing out as the caseing is bolted to the throttle body which in turn is bolted to a plastic inlet manifold.
The wire is black in colour with a ring terminal and comes out by the ecu multi plugs,im sure it shouldnt be connected to the ecu casing....
Anybody any ideas or help me out with this ?.
I have been told that the car hasnt run since a used engine was fitted and there are definite signs of the engine replacement.
