General Play any Audio through Blue&me guide

Hey, i thought i'd post this as i have looked for a while on how to do this as i have tv catchup on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 which is freeview on your phone, this can be downloaded from the Android Market.

So i have wanted to know how to play the sound through my speakers but it would only work for the phone calls only.

The sound quality isn't fantastic so i wouldn't use to play music through but if you have tv or a film on your phone or just even sat nav sound, it is perfect

Or you can use an i-player to mp3 converter and play audio in full quality.
