Technical Philip Screw or Heaxagon Knob to adjust Angel eye Headlights

Hi can anyone tell me if the philip screw is the one to adjust the angel eye headlights or is it the plastic hexagon knob?

Because i have taken it to a mot station and they have fiddled with the philip screw and nothing happened to aligned them, however i forgot to mention about the plastic hexagon knob which could be the one to align them.

Has anyone got these headlights and can advise me?

Do we really need yet another thread on angel eye headlights? why not use one of the others you/others have made to ask the question. It will help others searching for anwers if there arent loads of threads to go through to find answers
