Hi, apologies if this has been covered before. Has anyone got any experience of removing a Panda 4x4 diesel gearbox? It looks like there is not enough clearance to pull it off the engine due to the subframe? Does it come off with the 4x4 rear drive unit (PTU?) still all attached?. Does the subframe need to be removed first or does the engine tilt? Thank you.

A dealer just confirmed that the PTU and the subframe need to be removed before removing the gearbox.
Does the PTU pull out easily from the differential once the bolts and driveshaft have been removed?
