A cameraman has been ordered to pay compensation and costs totalling £600 to a couple whose wedding video was so bad it was deemed a breach of contract by a judge.
Martin and Heidi Shubrook paid Clayton Bennett £350 to film their special day and were presented with a video that showed the backs of heads, feet and people who were not even guests at the wedding.
Important moments, such as the signing of the register and cutting of the wedding cake were not even captured on camera.
After taking their case to a small claims court, a judge found in favour of the couple and ordered Bennett to refund the couple and pay court costs and expenses.
He has since declared himself bankrupt and ceased trading but promised to pay the Shubrooks in instalments of £20.
