Technical instrument panel not responding after retrofitting steering wheel

Hello,

need advice. So yesterday i managed to retrofit the steering wheel with buttons, i did everything like in guide. But when i reconnected the battery, instrument panel wont respond. All i get is airbag lights that flashes and goes out - like it used to. Everything else is dead. Fuse seems fine.
I had this once before, when i retrofitted leather interior to my stilo. But it only took ~30mins for instrument panel to start working again. This time seems different, its been over 12hours, it still doesnt work.

My car is 1.6 2002.

Can i do something before, i go to my friend for error scan? Also Proxy alignment must be done after connecting the steering wheel to Can A and B?

Update: So i unplugged the battery for 20mins and plugged it again, like last time, after ~30mins, instrument panel decided to work again
Everything is working no errors.
