General How to check if Recall work carried out?

Hi all I have been looking on the VOSA site http://www.vosa.gov.uk/vosa/apps/recalls/default.asp and was wondering how I can check if the recalls have been carried out I have a 52 plate 1.8 dynamic 3 door have looked in my service book to no avail I know the spring catcher bodge has been done as I changed my springs 3 weeks ago my vin is ZFA19200000178987 so i need to check if the stearing work has been done (advisory on MOT Wear in stearing rack) it has done 93000 !! so far and still going.

I think a recall has been done on my car but my car is more 10 years old so cant see there being a problem with it now!
