Hi All,

I have two exactly same Stilos.
Both are 1.2 petrol, both MY2003.
When I bought the second one, I noticed that it seems to have much power than the ‘old’ one.
On the other hand, with the ‘new’ one, I can drive at idle in 1st/2nd gear (of course it’s not how I usually use it but when approaching red lights, it needs the clutch on much lower rev than the other one), while the ‘old’ one jerks in the same situation and at low speed in traffic jams. Both accelerate without lags or dead points, though.
I cleaned the throttle body month ago on the one with poorer performance, while the other one is as I bought it. No significant difference in live data, too.
Should I perform a throttle position relearn with MES? Can it solve the problem?
Thx

Are you sure it's the same model of 1.2, there are a few, like the 60 and 69hp versions on the panda.

Er… yes :)
Both are equipped with the 188A5 engine.
As far as I know, there were no other variants of 1.2 in the Stilo.
