General Help: Grande Punto Sporting - T-Jet or not?

Hello guys,

Hopefully this topic hasn't been covered before, I've done a quick search but couldn't find anything.

I'm looking into buying a GP T-Jet and seen one which is very cheap....quick sale due to banned driver. Anyway he's stated it's a T-Jet but I've checked insurance on gocompare and it does not mention it being a T-Jet anywhere? It sounds to me more and more like it's just a 1.4 Sporting. Or could it be the case that the insurance is picking it up wrong. Registration is NC56ORG.

Is there a quick way to tell?

1. check the grille, some say 't jet' in small writing on the right.
2. check the engine, I think they say 'tjet' on them.
3. take it for a drive!!! you will know...

It's a 1.4 Sporting, get the MyCarCheck Iphone app!

Easiest way is ask him how many gears it has. If it has 5, it's a TJet.

Yeah just a sporting there are no 56 plate T-jets.
