Hi!

I see on my gearbox a hole, where I think see disks , gears or similar from outside, like the photo:

it´s correct?? or any part was lose?

Would need to see photo of your van to be sure, but it is norll to be able to see the flywheel, clutch and starter ring gear through the clatch actuator mounting on many vehicles. There might be a rubber boot or plug missing but it will not cause any immediate issues.
