So what a week.
My EGR valve (64 plate 1.3D) needed replacing after putting it off for a couple of weeks I finally got around to it, it took all of 30 mins to remove and replace with a new valve. Shocked at how quick it was even with zero visibility. Used endoscope to check everything over before and after but quick job and with care no need to remove and hoses pipes for the battery tray.
Totally unrelated the next day drivers side hand break cable snapped.
So down to my question. I’ve removed the centre console and there is as you would expect the cable for the 12v socket. There is however another cable photo attached that is not connected to anything. Does any one have a clue what it is for??
