General dashboard scratches (on carbon)

Any idea how to repair scratches on the carbon dashboard? I have small white lines on it.Maybe something to polish?

Not really gonna be a help but my carbon seems to be wearing away and looks very dull.

Mine was like that when I got it. Tried a bit of auto gym rubber gel, can't remember the name but it was like snot colour. Disguised the marks but took the shine out of the carbon. I now can't be bothered and just live with it.
