Technical Connect + problem

Can anybody help, my stilo abarth does not know where it is!!!!
For no good reason my sat nav just stopped working and I am not receiving any satellite signal, I have run the self diagnostics & all seems well. The radio is working fine & so is the phone.
Has anyone got an idea what might be the problem?

Tony - I too had this problem - the gps reciever has probably bit the dust , just replace it with a new one (mine cost a fiver from ebay) - if you search about a bit on the site it will show how to remove the connect nav+ , take the old gps reciever out and plug in an after market one. Search ebay for "GPS antenna HRS GT5 connector " and this will fit your connect nav - position your reciever on your dash if you like
