Bravo Clicking noise when turning left or right

Hi, I receive a clicking noise from the front wheels when turning left or right. This only happens periodically and only when driving. The noise is not loud and you can also feel it through the pedals when this click happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

strange.. when you say you can feel it through the pedals.. is that ALL the pedals.. or just the brake pedal ?,

How old is the car? Perhaps the front rubbers in the front arms of the front strut are hard and there is some spaceing which can be felt while turning the wheel.Usually it is making lile banging sound as if something is being bent or broken.
