Technical bravo t-jet 150 gearbox

hi guys been driving my bravo sporting t-jet 150 for a month now i love it accept for the gearbox. i had the grande sporting before it and it was the same. felt as if it was crunching into gear. i think this is commen problem is there a fix or a short shift kit. because it feels like the cables are not set up properly so it crunches into gear. any info on problem would be great.

Ya I feel the same half the time, not a nice feeling when changing gears.

the cables may need lubing or have water in them.
mine is bad when the car is cold
