Technical blower motor

Any help please i believe the motor is faulty as it keeps blowing resistors and when on full speed motor speed varies
I have unbolted the fan motor but cannot get it out due to metal bracket in the way which is welded on.
any help in telling me how to remove the blower motor 2.8jtd 2003 Ducato.

Hi Yes done a search but no detail on how they got the fan motor out
