Just had cambelt done on my camper van Ducato 2.8 idtd 1999
I’ve only covered 1200 miles and cambelt has came threw cover & looks like tensonor has came off , does anyone know will my valves be bent or do rocker arms snap was travelling 38mph going from 3rd to 4th obviously engine cut out dipped clutch sounded bad but tensonor is actually off & at a angle , it was all new replaced by a garage a month ago , ruined my holiday as was in Scotland doing nc500 live in Coventry, happed Sunday still not got van back , so is it new engine or hopefully head off ? Thanks
