Technical 169 has no receiver for key fob, says my auto locksmith...

I have had my panda 169 from 2009 for 2,5 years now, and the only thing my little nugget is missing is a remote key fob, and today i finally went to the locksmith but he says it is missing a receiver, but could do some hack job where he changed all the lock actuators and put a modul in the car so i could get 2 fobs without a key, but that is not what i want... i was wondering if the factory receiver is part of the bcm? and if so can i install a virginized bcm with a receiver in it and get this funktion working?

I was also wondering if there was some part of the forum where i could get in contact with all the electronis nerds like myself as i would like to learn some tricks...

The remote key does not have a separate transponder. It's soldiered directly to the PCB

If you have an active without remote it's.not easy to add


Third party remote is the only cost effective way
