Got a prob with a stilo jtd Keeps cutting out will restart straight away an run fine an there is one fault code stored which is rail pressure low

Has anyone come accross this an could it be caused buy something as simple as a blocked fuel filter

My Friend had a low pressure fault on his 1.9vectra (same engine i believe).

one of the nuts on the rail had a minor crack init, an was hissing diesel, so when he tightened it back it cracked!. an we where going no where then

Anyway could be worth a check on the rail, it might not be the same but who knows!

fixed bought a genuine fuel filter from lc motors fiat with trade club discount 7.30 not bad seeing an aftermarket one with discount was 14.50 from euro car parts

car goes much better and fault has not returned i last changed it 25k ago and iv been running it on 100% homade biodiesel
