I have fiat stilo 1.6 and for past month my car was randomly shuting down with loos conection/ars felture... with some diagnostics i found out that ECU is bad. So i tried to resolder BGA procesor but without proper equpment i think i fried ic next to the procesor (aa205ac1) and i cant find any info of this ic on internet. Any one knows whats the purpose of this ic? Anyway now all my old errors are gone and have new errors:all 4 injectors (codeO201/202/203/204)and evap circuit(codeO443). so i think now there is no more help for my ECU
I am thinking of buying used ecu (not virgin) and use eeprom from old ecu and solder it to the new one? Would this work?

If you're thinking of getting a used ecu then you may as well get it virginised and fit it in place of the old one. That way you will have a working ecu in your Stilo whereas if you try to tamper with the internals and screw up soldering it again then you will have two gubbed ecus, your call

dont get me wrong i have some experience with electronics so soldering smd ic wont be a problem. the only thing is if that would work.
and i would give ECU to profesionals to get it virginised but i am from Slovenia and dont know who can do that for me
