I was driving my Panda today when the handbrake light and ABS light came on temporally ?They haven/t came back on since I looked in the owners handbook and it says it indicates an EBD system failure but everything seems OK now. Can anyone explain what it means and is it anything to worry about

Check the brake fluid level first.
A low level can cause the warning lights.

A sign of it being low is the light flickering or coming on intermittently, particularly when cornering or braking as the fluid sloshes around.

Cheers mate I checked the brake fluid and it is OK the car had new brake pads put on before I bought it so it's not worn pads .Could it have been driving in slow moving traffic on a very warm day Do you think the brakes could have overheated
