Why is the Fiorino a GHOST on the internet

Is it me or does others have the same problems as owners of the Fiorino. The problem being access to info and manuals. I've even tried the Ebay Italy site and no manuals. When I got it (3 yrs ago) I've always been looking for manuals for it. Is the multijet engine (I think being used by 3 different manufacturers FIAT,Vauxhall & Citroen across various countries) that has made it a closely guarded secret or what??

I doubt, given the lack of self mechanic maintenance info on this van it will certainly influence my future purchase decisions.

Hi,
the MJ has around 10 manufacturer users , and 6 million units in service

HUGE amounts of info on it..,

the Fiorino,
not the best supported, but there will be SOME info out there ,
what were you looking for - service info?,
or more general user stuff..??

Re: Why is the Fiorino a GHOST on the internet

Hi varesecrazy

A general "Haynes" style manual would be great for anyone who wants to do repairs/service to the van. I've got a steering rack problem at present which I've posted on the Fiorino Mk3 section.. But where could I get info on doing a 30k service oil, filters etc and also parameters to adjust/look for in multiecuscan. The latter may be somewhere on this site. Good old paper in my hand printout or a manual.

the 1.3 had been covered extensively in the panda section, MES included
the steering is a different matter , as most car-derived FIAT's have electric assistance - not hydraulic..

So the panda has the same 1.3 multijet diesel engine as the Fiorino. I assume then the service intervals and oil capacities are also the same and fuel filter info etc.

Re: Why is the Fiorino a GHOST on the internet

The Fiorino, being a van gets mostly bought by businesses, used hard for a few years and scrapped. Haynes will only produce a manual if there is sufficient demand, and there are likely to be insufficient owners of the car versions and looked-after vans to be viable.

It is the same vehicle as the Citroen Nemo and Peugeot Bipper. An Ebay search found these:

Re: Why is the Fiorino a GHOST on the internet

As I'm still waiting delivery (yes for some reason its advertised as a download but it is shown as despatched) anyway, I tried to get more info on the Fiorino and yes it is still a bit of a GHOST.
Whilst looking for a steering rack I found the Qubo has the same steering rack as the Fiorino.

Both Fiorino and Qubo Steering Racks are Part No A0014931

Sorry to bang on about the part Nos but its the only info found so far ref the Fiorino GHOST.
