I have recently HAND washed my car and it was fine pulling it forward to the front of my house, but when I tried to reverse it back to its orginal position, it wouldn't start? The engine, battery and oil light have came on? I have saw that i could have tripped the fuel cut off switch? How likely is this? I turn the starter motor and it works but the engine doesn't start? I did this a few times and then held the starter motor on for like 5 seconds and it started to slow down like it was running out of battery? Does it just need a new battery?

Have you tried jump starting it from another car? It's probably the quickest way to tell if you have a battery issue. If it starts it means it's probably the battery or the alternator. If you can get it running most battery suppliers (including I think Halfrauds) will be able to test which one has failed for you.
