Technical Car dont start and make any sound!

Hi guys,
In this mornimg i stop the car after i try to start it again the car is dead, full off errors like abs,airbag,esp, hill etc. windows are not working anymore, the battery has betwen 12/12.31v,when i press the break everything like errors and lights are off i release it again it show everything ok, sometimes when i try to start the car it make a sound like click click click, can someone help me with an information or has someone deal with it! Thx!

Sounds like a failed battery but check the terminals are clean and tight. Exactly the same symptoms as mine when it failed. 12.3v is actually not enough. 12.8 would be a good state of charge.
