So last week I went to France. Drove from St Malo to Calais in 7 hours, average about 50 mph, though touched 80mph for an hour to 2 on the motorway. Got to Calais with quarter tank left, to find there's a petrol shortage in France. Eeek!
Managed to get some so on the way back, drove a steady 50-60mph most of the way.
Fuelly.com reckons I got over 100 mpg on the way back! Is that even possible in a 2019 Panda Lounge, petrol 1.2?
Anyway, glad I did cos the shortage was getting worse and I made it with room to spare, phew!

That does seem pretty incredible.

Just a rough calculation.
If you went direct via Caen, that's around 325 miles more or less. (over 7 hours that's an average of 46.4 mph)

Your tank is 37 litres (around 8 UK gallons).
And you used 3/4 of this, that's 27.75 litre or around 6 gallons.

325 miles on 6 gallons is around 54 mpg which I think is doable.

That means to get back at 100 mpg, you would have had to do the trip using just 3.2 gallons or 14.7 litres.
That's less than 40% of a full tank, which sounds quite over optimistic.

100mpg means you've made a mistake in your workings, post up you miles and fuel used.
