ive nearly used all 50 of the asda ones and no trouble until now, got 6 left
found a philips disc. burn completed with no error.
my adsa dvds are -r the philips one is a +r does that make any difference to burning?

As long as your drive does both it shouldn't make an difference.

I have it custom installing on a seperate partition,
If some one was running a dodgy copy of vista would they be better off installing this over the top of it, so getting rid of the dodgy copy alltogether?

Anythings better than vista in my opinion.
all i have now is a fish then screen goes black
I had this on a few machines, I rebooted and it carried on with the install.
i rebotted loads it didnt work. fixed it now was new graphic card, switched it to run on the on the onboard graphics, but now its asking for user name and password old vista one dont work says incorrect,
have i got to bung in an email address and make up a password?

i installed it on last partition on drive that used to be F, now i go in my computer and its only showing 3 partitions C D AND E,
Cant find my old files that were in my documents and my pictures, i looked in windows.old and windows.old.ooo users dav.000, nothing there

this sucks have put oprea on so at least some thing looks normal.
no idea where all me stuff or partition has gone i thought people said files wouldnt be lost most of my stuff is backed up but seems no one else has copies of their stuff even though ive always told them back up

ive put vista back got lost partition back, now just got to find my stuff
boot manager has decided to work today it didnt before. give me choice of vista or 8, 8 dont work.
