Had a second hand engine put in 1.9tdi multipla about 6 months ago. Just had new turbo fitted. Still white smoke out the back especially on reving. Any ideas
OK, unburnt diesel is black, oil is blue so what creates white smoke?
How does the car run and are all the fluid levels remaining steady, oil and water?
Sounds like oil and as it increases with engine speed, turbo is a contender, however, given the turbo is new a wet and dry compression check should find any faulty valve seals or ring probs.

Car running well probably rules out fuel related problems, however white smoke is either water or oil so you need to keep a close check on fluid levels.
Check the oil filler/breather pipes for emulsified oil (looks like dirty brown mayo), this suggests that water is getting into the oil. However, if the head gasket has gone on the cylinder side it's possible to get water into the cylinder and comparatively little gets into the oil.
