A little more practical than the base 500, but not as useful as the Panda will be. I'm sure the new Panda will be cute though.
Fiat have made it quite clear that they can't bring new Chryslers to market, as well as convert some others of these to European specs, without abandoning a number of cars they had speculated on introducing. Budget constraints I'm afraid.
The 500 estate would not have been a big seller anyway. There won't be a new Multipla either; this niche will be covered by the replacement Doblo and some re-badged and engineered Chrysler MPVs.
Nothing but the new Multiar engines for the Bravo either, and Alfa has no new models on the stocks after the new Giulietta is launched, and Lancia is pretty much on life support.
