My 2011 twin air exhaust has started to growl. It looks like the flexible is breaking down and the whole system looks a bit rubbish. Any tips on where to get a replacement fitted please?
The supply & fit places (such as Kwik-Fit) generally use the cheapest parts they can source, to maximise their profit. The alternative is to buy one yourself and find an independent garage to fit it (unless you're going to do it yourself). Thanks for the reply JRK. I'm thinking of keeping the car for 4-5 years. So a mid range exhaust makes sense. Any suggestions for supply/fit?

Thanks both for your advice. I will now spend some time on the phone and report back!
I've had several new cars that were like this; commonplace on Fords in particular. But there is no break in the factory exhaust.. You have to make a cut
What issues did you experience with failed engine mounts? With the roughness I've encountered in first gear, I may need mine doing soon at close to 90k miles.I've just had a new flexi section fitted to our 2011 TA along with a new main engine mount and the lower one on the gearbox.
Both were well past their best at nearly 98000 miles...View attachment 434483
