Technical Tutela fluid alternatives

Hi,

I need to change brake fluid (Tutela Dot 4) and power steering fluid (Tutela ATF Dextron III).

Sadly I can't find these exact fluids locally. Is any Dexron III for power steering and Dot 4 for breaks ok as a substitute or should I also pay attention to some other classifications?
(I'm driving Doblo maxi 2017 petrol)

Any dot 4 fluid and atf fluid should be fine

There's really nothing special about any of them
Unlike cs speed fluid used in the auto gearbox's robot's
