Technical Towbar for a 2004 15Q fitted with a scooter carrier

I have a pull out, drawer like scooter carrier on an ALKO chassis which I rarely use. Does anyone know if I could fit a towbar with or without removing the scooter carrier as I want to carry some stuff down to spain?
