Technical Topping up Coolant/Anti-Freeze in Mk2 Punto

I have a 2000 Mk2 Punto which is due for its MOT and service in two months when I am going to ask them to change the coolant as it seems to be a strange brown colour. I have had the car 6 months and had loads repairs to do as I don't think the previous owner ever went to a garage or fixed anything.
Anyway I noticed the other day the coolant is very low and needs topping up but can't tell what type of coolant is in it. I am assuming its pink one as its post 1998? Also I am not confident enough or patient enough to bleed the system depsite some great guides on here. So I was wondering if you think this

Would be suitable as it says it suitable for all manfactuers colours?

The bleeding is pretty easy, and doesn't take too long lol

Colour is irrelevant.

Anti corrosion properties are what you are looking for.

Bleeding is easy, just don't try any shortcuts.
