Technical Sump Plug Removal

Does anyone know what size hex/allen key has to be to remove the sump plug on a 1.6?

Right, found a post on another forum saying 13mm hex key, however, this is not true as I found out today when it arrived in the post and it is too big!

I have a 10mm already and that is too small, so by the power of deduction it will be either 11mm or 12mm
