No Jim, I'm going to try to get it as close to original as I can, same as I did with the 127 Sport. It really worth the effort I think. Getting the floor done will be a big step forward.

Finally after 2 years the first of the paint goes on.
It was still wet when I took the photo so a bit hazy and bright, It will die down a bit.

Originallly I was going to but a couple of things changed my mind. I could get a gray that satisfied what I wanted and the red will wash well as its done in 2pak, therefore helping things last longer.

I really hope I can do it justice. The efforts certainly going into it.
Wow this looks great. There are not many people giving the old Pandas so much attention. Hope to see the next efforts soon. 
Stunning work! wish I had room to tip mine on its side too though lol. Engine bay is looking ace now, you'll have to have a clean engine to go with it though I'll be tackling the engine bay on mine soon ready for a new engine I might get round to building / slotting in!!

I was planning on bringing the engine home on Saturday but I might hold off until I get the inside of the car painted. The engine should look something like this

I got very little done today as I spent over 4 hours in hospital with my Dad, he fell bringing the bin in and fractured both his hands. Not good.
Inside floor now painted with red oxide.

I would have done the drivers side but I just realised I dont have the hinges here, they're at the other shed.
