Technical Stilo 85kw -> 103kw

Hi, i come here with important question, becouse no one have a answer on this.

Is a possible to change engine in stilo 1st version from 1.9 85 kw to 2005 1.9 103 kw 16V Mjet ?

If yes, how many things is necessary change ? Gearbox(16v has 6 gears and 8V only 5 gears), ECU, elec.clusters, axel drive shafts, etc. ?
Are engine's silentblocks same at 85kw and 103kw ?
What about imobilizer ?
