Our 2003 2.2 JTD Ulysse has slowly been developing stiff gear linkage and when cold can be difficult to get into 1st gear. It either drops into reverse or 3rd. when warm it seems to much better.
I suspect either the gearbox oil is too think (It seemed to be worse after a service years ago and they had topped up gearbox oil) or the linkage is worn.
Any clues on servicing the gear linkage?
